Automatic Multi Station and Single Station Gravity Die Casting Machine

Worswick Engineering Ltd manufacture a range of Gravity Diecasting Machine turntables varying from 2 metres to 10 metres in diameter and having from 4 to 10 stations or die mounting positions.

The machines can manufacture a range of gravity diecast components from small simple components produced from a 2 part die on a simple manual single station machine (for example door handles) up to a fully automatic 6 station gravity diecasting machine producing cylinder heads or cylinder blocks for the automotive industry complete with full PLC control, automatic die loading and unloading and interlocking with robot metal pouring systems. Components can be unloaded by XY gantry type robots for higher automation and computer driven diagnostics via touch screen menus can be supplied if required.
